You can get Rarefied Mind skill by upgrading your Scholarship skill with Forge, Knock, or Lantern lore, so plan ahead if you're going to upgrade low- and middle-level Secret Histories lore to get to further Vaults.
So, how do I get vaults in the first place, and how do I get the one I want? If you're not in the mood for exploration of absolutely everything while dodging, well, absolutely everything else the game throws at you, you're better have a plan, and I'll give you the foundation for it. The problem is, clearing out every vault will give you all sorts and shapes of unnecessary crap.
